A few lovely randoms for your week…

I am exhausted! Baconsgiving is over and now it’s time to start cooking for Thanksgiving. At least I never seem to get full….

In other news, it’s breakfast week on the blog! I’ll be bringing you three great new Paleo breakfast recipes this week that can all be made in advance! I basically live for breakfast food, so it’s going to be a good week. 

1. A workout from last week….

I’ve had weird “hashimotos-esque” symptoms lately, and my gym time is suffering as a result. I definitely cam not giving my full effort, and I rarely stay longer than 40 minutes anymore. I know the only way to cure Hypothalamic Amenorrhea is to stop working out as hard and switch to yoga, but I’v beefed to make that transition gradually for the sake of my sanity. I’ll keep going to the gym, but working harder to plan workouts than involve less supersets and HIIT. 

Single Cavegirl Workout:

6 rounds
7 Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch (each arm)
20 ball slams

4 Rounds:
12 Arnold press
12 rear delt flys
12 medicine ball slams
12 bench jumps

5 Rounds:
10 Burpees
10 Pike Pushups
10 Upright Rows

How I Built This: Tempur Pedic I’m still obsessed with HIBT. So I’m just going to keep telling you about it! Its amazing how creative and ambitious the minds behind “boring” products like mattresses are. Definitely give this a listen!

I’m finally jumping on the fall fashion train. I’m all about boots right now — especially brown leather. Keep me far far away from Target, please.
