Big news guys: my first cookbook is officially here! It’s a collection of recipes that I believe make everyday cooking just a bit more special, and if you are gracious enough to open it, I hope it reminds you that there is art in so many little moments of life (even the ones when you’re roasting a piece of salmon on a Tuesday night.)
The book features 60 gluten and grain-free recipes that make eating healthy quick and easy, but most of all enjoyable. Inspired by the New York food scene, I wanted a book showing that healthy gluten free food can be just as elevated and beautiful as any other food, and that it can be done with ease on a tight schedule.
A few favorites of mine that you should definitely make first: Cranberry Balsamic Short Ribs, Citrus Pork Tenderloin, and Butternut Shakshuka! (My mom would tell you to make the cover recipe pork chops, though.)
The book with written with seasonality in mind, so I definitely recommend grabbing a copy now to take advantage of the beautiful spring produce we have now!
You can grab your copy here on Amazon , at Barnes and Noble, or at your favorite local bookseller!
