How was your weekend, friend? Mine was too short and too un-weekend like. Weekends as a responsible adult mean lots of bathroom cleaning, cooking, and making sure bills were paid. Super fun. Suuuuuper fun.
On the plus side, I had some quality time with Hudson, which is always welcome. Oh, and MY NEW CAMERA CAME GUYS. It’s name is Chelsea and it’s completely gorgeous. Like…. I can’t even with how much I love it. So much yes. My Nikon was great while I figured out what the heck I was doing, but this Canon life is so wonderful now that I actually know how to use a camera and set up a well composed photo.

Carrot Cake Collagen Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey or 10 drops liquid stevia
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice to achieve a thicker consistency.
