Paleo Smoky Paprika Beet Hummus

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 large cooked beet
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove fresh garlic minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika


  1. Steam or cook the cauliflower florets until softened -- I steam mine for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add cauliflower, beet, garlic, paprika, tahini, and olive oil into a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Garnish with tahini drizzle and extra smoked paprilka. Hummus will keep in the fridge for a week.
