  1. Grease a 6 inch skillet and preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Add cauliflower rice, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and egg to a blender or food processor. Blend on low for 30 seconds to a minute, until smooth. Stir in coconut flour and almond flour. Pour mixture into the greased skillet and sprinkle chocolate over the top.
  3. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes. Brownie will be fudgy, but cooked throughout
