Paleo Sweet Potato Hummus

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 large cooked sweet potato
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Steam or cook the cauliflower florets until softened -- I steam mine for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add cauliflower, sweet potato, garlic, tahini, and olive oil into a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste and enjoy!
