INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops vital proteins collagen peptides
  • 1 cup sweet potato puree
  • 1.5 cups full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until well combined. Add more or less liquid as desired. Serve with whipped cream or a dollop of nut butter!
