Chocolate Coconut Collagen Smoothie Bowl (Fruitless)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops collagen peptides
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or 10 drops liquid stevia
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • coconut, almonds, granola, or chocolate chips for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice to achieve a thicker consistency.

  2. Garnish with desired toppings and enjoy!
