Creamy, dairy-free gingerbread lattes are the perfect afternoon pick-me-up around the holidays. Made with dairy-free milk and collagen, these lattes are a healthy alternative you can make at home!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups nondairy milk
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tsp maple syrup more for a sweeter latte
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 cup brewed coffee or two shots of espresso

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Divide the coffee between two mugs
  2. Place the rest of the ingredients, except for the collagen, into a saucepan over medium heat and whisk until warm and frothy. Stir in the collagen and divide between the two mugs.
  3. Top with extra cinnamon and enjoy!
