2/3cup+ 1 tbsp cassava flour
1/3cuparrowroot starch
1/4tspsalt
3/4tspbaking soda
1egg
1/4cupwater
1/3cupextra virgin olive oil
1clovegarlicthinly sliced
2tbsprosemary
2tbspfresh thyme
Extra herbs for topping

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together cassava flour, arrowroot starch, salt, baking soda, rosemary, and thyme.
In separate bowl, mix together egg, oil, and water.
Pour the liquid mixture into cassava flour mixture and fold to combine.
Pour batter onto the baking sheet and smooth into an oval. Top with extra herbs and sea salt, and press the sliced garlic in throughout.
