Spicy Salmon Burgers with a fiery kick of Harissa Paste and a cool squeeze of lime! A super easy Paleo lunch or dinner idea.
I’ve been slowly dying over here with a sinus infection. Not kidding, actually. I went to the ER on Thursday from a Prednisone reaction and the rest of the week honestly hasn’t been much better. Aside from not being in the ER, of course. I hate doctors, so this has been an experience I hope never to relive. I’ve been to Urgent Care, the ER, and I’ve taken three trips to the Pharmacy. Yeah, it’s kind of sucked.
The worst part is that my doctor fears have gotten worse as a result of this week’s activities. If I had just suffered through this infection, I wouldn’t have ended up in the ER. Cruel, isn’t it? At least no one can blame me anymore. I’ve clearly been on to something.
But enough about all of that. I’ve still managed to cook some freakin delicious things, despite feeling completely dead. Even when I have no appetite I manage to have an appetite. I’m just as confused as you, don’t worry.
