Blood Orange Mint Kombucha Mocktails

Blood Orange Kombucha Mocktails–the perfect bubbly beverage with a splash of Health-Ade Kombucha to keep you hydrated!

The world has gone cray cray! Coronavirus has definitely taken over pretty much everything right now. As much as I know this is an issue for older individuals, I’m really annoyed at how the media has totally blown this up. And why is everyone hoarding toilet paper? It’s not that kind of virus people….

I went to the store today to try to get everything I needed to shoot next week with and thankfully people at Sprouts don’t seem to care too much about vegetables, so I snatched up plenty of those. It’s crazy to me that people aren’t buying the foods that actually support our immune systems. Like…you’re not gonna get better or build up your immune system by eating bags of Lays and canned tuna.

But whatever. I’ll just drink mocktails. And wine, because Trader Joe’s was out of everything except for wine so that’s what I bought.

I was going to bring you this Blood Orange Mocktail recipe in April, but it seems like the world needs something bright, and I bet we could all use some fresh ideas on how to stay hydrated at home right now, especially since the weather is warming up and we’re wanting cooler beverages. Plus kombucha is loaded with probiotics and other good things that our bodies need to stay healthy and strong, so if I were you I’d make yours a double 🙂

Tips for making Blood Orange Mint Kombucha Mocktails

  • Use Health Ade Kombucha–it’s my favorite and will give you the best results with this recipe
  • Use a good, juicy blood orange. If yours is a bit dry grab a second one.
  • Use LaCroix or Spindrift for the Sparkling water–as a self-proclaimed expert/fanatic I’m quite certain these are the best ones.
